Blue Sky with their TSB partnership, The TSB Experience; won two awards at the UK Financial Services Experience Awards and Customer Service Training Awards last week. The awards recognise and celebrate best practice in the delivery and improvement of outstanding customer experience in the Financial Services sector.
Blue Sky was invited by TSB to create a compelling customer experience programme that would help develop their leaders and partners with the skills to support and deliver The TSB Experience consistently.
